This page, together with our Privacy Policy outline information about New World MC and informs you of the legal terms and conditions (The "Terms") which regulates your use of our (Seller, "We", "Us", "Our") Server Store (The "Server Store").

These terms will apply to any contract between You and Us in respect to the purchase of any New World Digital products and other content ("Products") on the Server Store. 

Please read these Terms carefully, making sure that you understand them before ordering from the Server Store. Please note that before placing an order, you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to place an order. 

You may print a copy of these Terms or save them to your computer for future reference. 

We may choose to amend these terms from time to time, as set out in Condition (). Every time you place an order, please check these Terms to ensure that you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These Terms were written on the 6th of December 2021. 

These terms are only available in the English Language.

Use of the Server Store

Your use of our store is regulated by these Terms & Conditions. Please make sure that you take the time to read and comprehend these terms, as they apply to any purchase you make.

Relationship Between the Server Store and You

When purchasing anything from the Server Store, select all items that you wish to add. Check for errors before making your purchase. 

Our products provide in-game benefits, cosmetic alterations, and items. 

We may complete or decline to complete any sale for any reason, including but not limited to potentially fraudulent activity. 

If you require support relating to purchases or products being sold, please see the contact information where we provide methods of contact in case of a question, concern or dispute. 

New World MC's Discord does have a support ticket function, but for the purposes of this store, only the methods outlined above can be used in contacting us about purchases.

Issues with Purchases

You may contact us about issues with your purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues with products or answer any questions you may have. To contact us, please refer to the contact section above. 

Server Store Products

All ownership and intellectual property rights for both the Game Server and Server Store are owned solely by New World MC LCC. 

If these rights are violated, we reserve the rights to protect our rights under both national and international law against violations of these terms. 

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure operation of the server store and its products. 

Purchases from the server store are for virtual items. Upon receipt of the virtual item(s), this transaction is final.

We do enforce a strict no refund policy for purchased items. 

If you are banned for violating the rules of the Game Server, Discord Server, or the Terms of this Server Store, you will not be refunded any money spent on these products. 

Bans are subject to the full discretion of the Game Server, and our rules may change at any time. 

There is no guarantee of being able to access the game Server. 

If the game server is no longer in operation all virtual items are forfeit. These items are only valid so long as the Game Server is in operation. 

All items are virtual in nature and have no value. They may not be exchanged for real-world currency of any kind. To do so would be a violation of these terms. 

Restrictions of Use of Server Store

This Server Store is not to be used in any other context than for personal, non-commercial purchases of products. You may not sell or profit from use of this Webstore without written permission from us. 

Personal Information

We will only use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Please take the time to read this document, as its terms apply to you. 

Age Restrictions
You may only purchase products from the Server Store if you are at least 18 years of age. Parents or Guardians for Children under the age of 18 may purchase products on their behalf. Agreement to our terms constitutes that you understand our age restriction

Order Process

All sales will be processed through the New World Store checkout. Payment methods will be outlined as part of your checkout process. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process. 

Our Right to Amend our Terms

We may choose to amend these Terms from time to time. The date when these Terms were last amended will be outlined at the top of this page. 

Every time you place an order using the Server Store, the Terms at the time of purchase will apply. 

We may modify these terms in order to reflect any changes in relevant laws and regulations.

If we revise these Terms as they apply to your purchase, we will contact you to give you notice of this, and to let you know how to cancel, modify, or otherwise resolve issues relating to changes with your order. If you are not happy with these changes, you may cancel that agreement with respect to all affected products by providing us with written notice through the contact methods outlined above.

Delivery

Delivery will be handled by the Server Store. The terms relating to this may form your contract with us. You should contact us with the above contact information in the event that you have questions, issues or concerns with your purchase's delivery. 

Price of Products

The Price of Products to be paid by you is set by us and will be quoted on the Webstore at the time you submit your order, in addition to any taxes and fees. 

We may change prices from time to time, but these changes will not affect any order that you have already placed that has been accepted by us, unless that payment is recurring in nature. In which case you may cancel that purchase by giving us written, dated notice upon being informed of changes. 

If Taxes or fees are meant to be charged on any payments for products, we will add those taxes to the price being paid by you. 

Our Liability

If we do not comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that you may suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable. 

• Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of a breach of these terms at the time we entered into these terms. 
• Loss or damage is not foreseeable if it relates to computer failure or malfunction, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, any delay or inability to use the products or any other damage arising out of or in any way connected to the products. 

Miscellaneous

Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any provision or any part of a provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be removed. However, that will not affect the validity of and enforceability of the rest of this agreement. If any court decides that any of the conditions are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect.

These terms are governed by United States Law. This means that any dispute, claim, or arbitration arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by United States Law. You and we both agree to bring any case before the court system of the United States of America.
